Fruit salad?! -- Apples'n'Oranges opens online

Just got an e-mail from a former colleague and current friend, Lara (author of the Mommyhood For Lara blog), who has plunged into a market she knows a bit about, thanks to her little guy Kiernan -- children's apparel.

She and a friend have opened up an online children's-wear boutique called Apples'n'Oranges.


It's a nice looking site, and I wish them all the best. Judging by the number of children's stuff stores in my neighbourhood (as elucidated by Miss Vicky), aging population be damned -- there's a big market out there.

I hope that Apples'n'oranges becomes a gigantic success for Lara and Vicky.
